1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 6 hours before departure time are eligible for a full
refund.
- Cancellations made within 6 hours of departure time may incur a one-way ticket fee as a
late cancellation charge.
- No-shows (failure to board the train without prior notice) will result in no
refund.
- Any pre-paid booking can be modified by contacting our customer service line at +1-888-768-9009.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of
cancellation approval.
- If the ticket is partially used, unused segments may be refunded at our discretion (excluding
add-ons).
- Refunds are not issued for tickets used beyond their validity period or for missed trains without prior
approval.
